How our recycled fabric is made
Waste breakdown
Plastic waste material is chopped, ground, washed and shredded into flakes.
Forming the fiber
The flakes are then melted into chips and spun into yarn.
Weaving the fabric
The yarn is then woven into rolls of fabric.
Creating your garment
The fabric is then used to create your made-to-order garment.

Replaced packaging
Switched our product packaging to 100% recycled plastic. Annually this will see Reform reduce it’s waste from over 100,000 plastic bags to 100% recycled plastic which we encourage customers to reuse or re-purpose.
Introduced recycled fabric
Re-launched one of our foundation products, the trusty Polo switching the body fabric to 100% recycled polyester. This was done without compromising on fabric quality, durability or product offering.
Lining changed to recycled fabric
By April 2024 we intend to transition all product lining to 100% recycled fabric. You won’t be able to tell the difference but it will be better for the environment.
Introduce Recycled Fleece
Introduction of recycled fleece. We aim to deliver a fleece that is 30% recycled.
